I use Fed Ex. This give tracking, insurance and in most cases 3 day delivery.

What is the deal with the shipping charges being added at checkout.
I am having an issue with Paypal, If I put shipping in it's proper place on eCrater and you use paypal it charges two shipping charges. I am working on this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.

What does "Basket can be changed for any occassion" mean?
Sometimes it may take a bit to get my pictures changed. If you see a basket and it has Christmas items in it but you want it for Valentine or Easter, then the Christmas items will be changed to reflect that occassion.

Items would be replaced with an appropriate substitute.

Do you ever add candy as a substitute?
Yes, unless requested not to do so. I will use a theme related candy item if I have it or the dollar boxes of candy.
